- Foster emotional self-awareness, developing the ability to notice, name and understand the workings of their own emotional states.
- Understand and practice methodologies for emotional self-management, through which participants can work with their emotions from a place of choice and design rather than remaining held in the grip of a mood or emotional reaction
- Coordinate mood with objective, considering how to position themselves for success with different situations/requirements by identifying and cultivating a well-matched emotional state
- Apply self-awareness and self-management to interactions with others, developing their ability to:
- Recognize organizational norms for working together and consider how to create synergy towards collective goals
