The objectives of this 1 day Appreciative Leadership class include:

  • To harness the power of authentic appreciation in support of: effective teaming, workforce engagement, workplace productivity and innovation, and organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent
  • To cultivate a norm for leadership that lights the way for the rest of the organization
  • Recognize and appreciate the strengths each participant contributes to the leadership team

 In this workshop you will learn tools and strategies to:

  • Distinguish the hallmarks of effective and authentic expressions of appreciation
  • Develop shared standards for a culture of appreciative leadership
  • Seek out positive examples
  • Develop appreciative communication consistent with personal style and integrity
  • Develop a plan through which to integrate appreciative leadership practices
  • Express appreciation for the contribution made by each participant to the 6 month program
  • Explore how to harness the learning and development from this program and build on it going forward
