  3. Evaluated a patient-focused care implementation at a 380-bed academic medical center and led a conceptual design that identified more than $11M in additional benefits.

  4. Set financial goals, designed processes, and managed 7 teams to lead Children’s Hospital’s Pleasure Guild auxiliary to their largest financial contribution in the group’s 50+ year history.

  2. Designed and managed the Program Management team and 7 project managers to plan and deliver a 130+ person, $22M design phase and to conduct the estimating and financial tracking for the entire $260M program.

  4. Facilitated the United Way of Central Ohio’s Housing Vision Council, with its more than 20 member agencies, in its first year of operation.
