sector higher education institution.
- Reengineered and automated physician referrals from 9 days to 5 minutes
on average, resulting in more than $2M of recurring annual benefit.
- Evaluated a patient-focused care implementation at a 380-bed academic
medical center and led a conceptual design that identified more than
$11M in additional benefits.
- Set financial goals,
designed processes, and managed 7 teams to lead Children’s
Hospital’s Pleasure Guild auxiliary to their largest financial contribution
in the group’s 50+ year history.
Relevant accomplishments focused on successfully navigating
complex organizations and diverse points of view:
- Led the training assessment and communication design for two system
replacement projects that impacted more than 6,000 people.
- Designed and managed the Program Management team and 7 project
managers to plan and deliver a 130+ person, $22M design phase and
to conduct the estimating and financial tracking for the entire $260M
program.
- Integrated parties with varying, and sometimes divergent, perspectives
such as boards, customers, vendors, consultants, operations, finance,
and information technology.
- Facilitated the United
Way of Central Ohio’s
Housing Vision Council, with its more than 20 member agencies, in its
first year of operation.
