- Five day on-site intensive learning experience building skills in innovative leadership development and facilitation
- Intro to Innovative Leadership
- Exploring type to enhance self awareness and team effectiveness
- Building leadership maturity and improving communication

- Leveraging situational analysis to align change initiatives
- Developing leadership behaviors that create thriving organizations
- Facilitating Innovative Leadership development
- Fourteen 90 minute calls over the next fourteen weeks (with a break for the holidays) focusing on completing the Innovative Leadership Workbook exercises then exploring how to facilitate each exercise. These sessions will be held on-line.

Credentials: You will receive a certification from Metcalf & Associates and we are working with a local MBA program to grant a university certificate. We will let participants know how this discussion proceeds.
We offer several levels of certification to deliver the copyrighted Innovative Leadership materials in leadership development, training, and consulting. We do not grant approval to teach or coach using the Innovative Leadership materials without attending training and demonstrating competence. We certify leaders in the following categories:
1. Practitioner has been trained to be an innovative leader and demonstrated competence in the foundational frameworks as well as completing all of the workbook exercises.
2. Innovative Leadership facilitator/consultant – trained and approved to facilitate Innovative Leadership materials. Requirements: a.) Developmental assessment testing at minimum Achiever/Individualist level; b.) Demonstrated experience in leadership; c) attend innovative leadership 5 day certification and complete 14 week on-line course work.
3. Innovative Leadership Mentor – participated in advanced training and certified to train trainers and consultants. Requirements: a.) Certified Innovative Leadership facilitator/consultant; b.) Demonstrated proficiency as facilitator/consultant using Innovative Leadership Content.
4. Innovative Leadership Master – co-creator of the Innovative Leadership methodology.
