Susan Alexander, PCC, is an executive and life coach with an extensive business background. Grounded in the principles of transformational leadership and financial management, Susan specializes in helping individuals to create new possibilities for their personal and professional life to fulfill on their most important goals and aspirations. Susan created Rosebud Coaching & Consulting, LLC out of her commitment to help individuals be leaders in their organizations who make a difference. She coaches executives, managers and individuals with a special emphasis on the power of self-perception and communications and their influence on job performance. Susan provides coaching support to Metcalf & Associates clients.
Prior to her coaching practice, Susan was a commercial lender, community development officer and investment product manager for a prominent financial service provider. This extensive business background combined with her exposure and proficiency in transformational learning creates a unique understanding and sensitivity to the issues and concerns of managers and leaders.
Susan is also an Adjunct Faculty Member of Otterbein University. She is the sole leader of a four-course leadership series made available to adult continuing studies students. This series focuses on developing transformational leadership skills and expanding student’s capabilities. Programs focus on creating awareness of one’s capabilities and barriers, emotional intelligence, communication skills, team building, effective conflict resolution and designing and implementing a “Breakthrough Project”.
Susan is known for her creative and “out-of-the-box” thinking, positive and enthusiastic outlook, and inherent ability to effectively work with all levels of managers to improve collaboration, as well as create and implement comprehensive and effective solutions.

- Designed and led transformational and strategic leadership workshops with organizations such as Huntington National Bank, Community Research Partners, JPMorgan Chase Women’s Network, Alliance Data, 2 Checkout and Advance Reimbursement Management.
- Executive and life coach supporting organizations such as Nationwide Insurance, SERS, University of Cincinnati, Progressive Medical as well as independent individuals.
- Career and transition coaching for displaced JPMorgan associates.
- At Bank One, now JPMorgan Chase:
- Facilitated key strategic planning meetings to address corporate change initiatives, as well as develop new product and market initiatives. Organized and led quarterly national product meetings for sales and service professionals.
- Directed the development of several investment product vehicles for high net worth individuals, including the development of key product features; the creation of communication and training materials; and the coordination of compliance, budget, system integration and operation issues.
- Co-created a department to serve the ultra-high net worth clientele of Bank One, including creation of the strategic and marketing plans, budgets, and incentive plans. As a result, the department grew from eight investment professionals to twenty-five, and assets under management grew from $1.2 billion to $5 billion.
- Loaned executive to state government and served on a statewide operations improvement taskforce. Created a statewide Quality Improvement Plan that was implemented by the State of Ohio.
- Oversaw a portfolio of commercial client relationships, approved and monitored loan outstandings, developed loan structure and documents. Managed and oversaw the activity of a team of commercial lenders.
