Selected experience:
·
As the
Director of Organizational Development for R&D at Glaxo Wellcome and then
GSK, she was responsible for strategic direction, portfolio of service and
resource allocation of OD consulting services to R&D leaders worldwide.
Managing a staff of 16, in 3 countries and a budget of $2.6M. She consulted
on change management issues to R&D Executive team and on the impact and
productivity of change initiatives throughout the business. She served as co-leader
of the Change Management Team to assist with the merger integration of Glaxo
Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham R&D businesses (a total of 17,000 people
across the globe).

Dana was
also responsible for external research, capturing new practices and
benchmarking organizations both inside and outside the Pharma industry to
assist R&D and R&D HR in the attainment of key business priorities. She
spearheaded research and white paper summaries on state of the art knowledge
pertaining to strategic alliances, innovation and entrepreneurship in large
companies.

Dana has
working on many aspects of business change; helping to implement large
technology platforms and systems, integrating diverse cultures, starting up
new leadership teams, and assessing the impact of new processes and
initiatives.

Dana has
been the owner of a business owner Ruberto
Management
Resources, Ltd for close to 15 years and explored her own leadership journey
as an entrepreneur and manager of diverse and complex teams. She has been
responsible for business development, corporate strategy, key account
management, project management and overall operations.
