She has worked as a usability specialist in the field
of user-centered design for companies such as Intuit, Yahoo, Google, and
many startups for the last 7 years. In this work she interviewed
over a thousand customers to understand their usage and perception of websites
and products offered by these companies. This experience has given her
an inside experience of the most innovative companies thriving today, a
deep respect for the customer experience, and a knowledge of best practices
in innovative and entrepreneurial culture.
In her coaching practice, she draws from her background as a research
and product development specialist in Silicon Valley as well as extensive
training and practice in human psychological and spiritual development. She
uses an approach that combines integral coaching methodologies, conscious
business, mindfulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep leadership
development. Her approach is based on deep listening, best practices
in the fields of coaching and leadership development, with an orientation
toward ending suffering and supporting human flourishing at the deepest
levels.
