Elizabeth Ferguson, Ph.D.
Elizabeth is the founder of Evolve Consulting, www.evolveconsulting.com.  She is an executive coach and entrepreneur.  She coaches entrepreneurs, executives of non-profit organizations, employees of Silicon Valley corporations and international change agents.  She offers integral coaching groups lasting 3-9 months, as well as executive coaching within business consulting engagements that have included leading an executive team retreat, hiring and mentoring employees, and providing strategic assistance to the growth of an organization founded on integral principles. I have also offered workshops at two semiconductor companies.

She has worked as a usability specialist in the field of user-centered design for companies such as Intuit, Yahoo, Google, and many startups for the last 7 years.  In this work she interviewed over a thousand customers to understand their usage and perception of websites and products offered by these companies. This experience has given her an inside experience of the most innovative companies thriving today, a deep respect for the customer experience, and a knowledge of best practices in innovative and entrepreneurial culture.

Approach

In her coaching practice, she draws from her background as a research and product development specialist in Silicon Valley as well as extensive training and practice in human psychological and spiritual development.  She uses an approach that combines integral coaching methodologies, conscious business, mindfulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep leadership development. Her approach is based on deep listening, best practices in the fields of coaching and leadership development, with an orientation toward ending suffering and supporting human flourishing at the deepest levels.
