Susanne Cook-Greuter is an internationally known scholar in adult development and a powerful workshop leader, teacher and integrally-oriented coach. She is dedicated to helping professionals find their inner compass for wise action in a complex, changing and often ambiguous world.

Susanne owns Harthill USA, www.harthillusa.com, a small, woman-led management consulting firm. Harthill USA is dedicated to fostering individual excellence and ongoing transformation through action inquiry. Research shows that the level of awareness of leaders is correlated to the kind of organizations they create and the positive influence they have. We also know that action inquiry as an experience-based approach supports ongoing learning and growth. At Harthill, we use multiple assessment tools to help our clients explore their guiding values, preferences, cognitive capacity as well as their vulnerabilities and their unique strengths and developmental potential. We help them design action plans tailored to their needs in order to develop their capacity for inspired results. Clients report greater resilience, presence and well-being at work, at home and at play.

Susanne offers:

  • Business and Personal Coaching to enhance self-mastery and mindful action.
  • Profiling and consulting services using the Leadership Development Profile (LDP)
  • Co-designing Integral Transformative Practices (ITP)
  • 3-day Certification Intensives in the UK (next opportunity Nov. 04) for leaders, change consultants, and training professionals in the theory and application of developmental models of adult learning and transformation.

How I engage with my clients:
What would be possible for you, your business and your community if you could fully express who you are - living and serving according to what matters most to you?

Through exploratory and supportive conversations, inner practices tailored to your preferences, and action inquiry assignments, Susanne will coach you in exploring your meaning making system and help you manifest your dreams for a balanced and fulfilled life. As part of a whole person approach, we will scan your current situation from the perspective of the four quadrants, look at your every day life, meaning-making history and resources as well as evaluate the balance of attention you give to your body, emotions, mind and spirit. You will learn to co-design your own individual development plan to expand your consciousness and optimize your efficacy and performance. Individual Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) check-ups are offered and can be a regular feature of our work together.

If you are interested in having a seasoned coach accompany you on your path of self-discovery and if you welcome being challenged to grow over time, Susanne offers you insight, attention practices, and superb inquiry skills.
